Hot-dip galvanisation is a very effective method of protecting steel from corrosion and also a method used for objects that need to withstand moisture. With this method, the object or part will be dipped in liquid zinc at a temperature of around 460 degrees. The advantage of this type of galvanising is the corrosion protection it provides. In addition, the method provides a durable material by creating a thicker layer on the surface. The low initial cost of hot-dip galvanisation, coupled with a very long maintenance-free life, means that hot-dip galvanisation has an extremely advantageous lifetime cost compared to other corrosion protection methods on the market.

Powder coating requires a positive charge on the metal component. This causes the powder to be attracted to the metal where it will stick as a coating.
The electrical charge causes the paint to lay down an even layer over the surface to be painted. After applying the paint, the object will be cured in an oven for about 20 minutes. After this, the job is done.
Our process consists of three parts: pre-treatment, priming and coating. The result is a product protected against corrosion by ZnMn phosphating, ED coating and powder coating.
Advantages of powder coating:
Several of our products are made with Magnelis® sheet metal.
Magnelis® is a relatively new (approved in Sweden in 2014) and strong metal coating that protects surfaces from long-term wear and tear in a many different environments. The chemical composition of Magnelis® has been optimised to provide the best possible protection against corrosion. Magnelis® is produced in a standard industrial production line for
hot-dip galvanisation, but in a chemically unique zinc metal bath with 3.5 percent aluminium and 3 percent magnesium. The three percent magnesium content is important because it provides a stable and durable layer over the entire surface and provides much more effective protection against corrosion than coatings with a lower or higher magnesium content.
